  • GENTLY EXFOLIATES SKIN: PHA (Poly-Hydroxy Acids) in Makiol Toner gently exfoliates the skin by removing dead skin cells on the surface and provides hydration without causing irritation. It is formulated to control overproduced skin oil and resurface the skin while the nutrients and antioxidants work to refine the skin. It is non-greasy and lightweight.
  • BALANCES NATURAL SKIN OIL: Excessive oil on your skin can lead to breakouts when sebum mixes with dead skin cells and gets stuck in your pores. Makiol Toner is non-comedogenic and uniquely formulated to control excessive skin sebum and to mattify oily skin. Clinical tests have shown effectiveness in sebum control and pore-minimizing when using Makiol Toner.
